Dr. Jitesh Dobhal has specialized in the care of extreme preterm infants, with a remarkable record of saving babies weighing less than 500 grams. Dr Jitesh Dobhal along with his colleagues Dr Umesh Chaudhary and Dr Siddharth Ghule recently successfully discharged three babies weighing between 600-700 grams with no neurological deficits, and they have successfully managed to discharge more than 100 extreme preterm babies in recent years.
His special interests include managing conditions such as Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension of the Newborn (PPHN), Meconium Aspiration Syndrome (MAS), and Neonatal Sepsis. Dr. Jitesh Dobhal also has extensive knowledge in vaccination practices, with a focus on staying current with recent updates. Additionally, their expertise extends to pediatric nutrition, having completed post-graduate training in pediatric nutrition from Boston University and the International Program in Preterm Nutrition from a European university.
